Liturgy: Feast Day of San Lorenzo Ruiz

Patron Saint of Filipino youth, the Philippines, people working over seas and alter servers. He and his companions died as martyrs of the Catholic faith on September 28, 1637 in Nagasaki, Japan. His last words, “I am a Catholic and wholeheartedly do accept death for God. Had I a thousand lives, all these to Him shall I offer. Do with me as you please”.
