Exciting News for Our Monarch Athletes!

We’re thrilled to announce that Damien Memorial School is partnering with Healthy Roster, a trusted, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record (EMR) platform, to support our Athletic Trainers in managing and communicating the health and safety of our student-athletes!

This platform provides a secure, efficient way for us to track, log, and communicate important injury and health information. By using Healthy Roster, we’ll be able to better protect your student’s health and streamline communication between coaches, athletic trainers, and school administration regarding their participation and play status.

Before we get started, we’ll need your permission. By granting authorization, you'll allow us to share essential health information— such as physicals, injury reports, and doctor’s notes — among the Athletic Training staff, coaches, administration, and the Athletic Director at Damien Memorial. Rest assured, this information will only be shared when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of your student.
