Spreading Christmas Joy at St. Francis Kūpuna Village

On Wednesday, December 11, a group of our amazing students brought the Christmas spirit to St. Francis Kūpuna Village! With hearts full of love and voices lifted in joyful carols, they shared the light of Christ with the Kūpuna (elders). Together, they created festive Christmas decorations and made unforgettable memories.

This cherished annual tradition continues to grow, with more Kūpuna joining in the celebration each year. It’s a beautiful reminder of the importance of honoring our elders and embracing the joy that comes from connecting across generations.

DMS students are discovering the true value of their own Kūpuna while nurturing their faith and sharing the love of Christ through joyful words and heartfelt actions. What a wonderful way to celebrate the season!
