On Thursday evening, April 30, all of the NHS members gathered to celebrate the current and incoming members. It was an opportunity to express gratitude and say farewell to our outgoing leaders.
This is always an important occasion every year because Damien students work all year to maintain their grades, offer service both to the school and the community, and to be leaders to our student body. This year, we cleaned up beaches and parks, read to elementary school students, and sent Thank You cards to Servicemen and Hospital workers. We’re looking forward to a great next year.
