DHO Spring Canned Food Drive

Mahalo to all the families who donated to our Spring Canned Food Drive the week before Spring Break. Thanks to your generosity, we were able to donate more than 490 pounds of food to the Hawai’i Food Bank which in turn will help provide more than 400 meals to families in our community who need the help.

Congratulations to the Sophomore class for bringing in the most food, followed by the Seniors who came in a very close second! The winning class was given the opportunity to chose the movie for the DHO’s Spring Movie Night on Friday, April 5, and they overwhelmingly chose “Spiderman: No Way Home” which features Damien alumnus Jacob Batalon. 

The DMS Ohana continues to show what makes Damien such a special place to be and what the phrase “The Damien Difference” truly means. Mahalo again to all who donated!
